Newborn Session Pricing

✧ Session Fee: $300 - Includes session planning, access to the client wardrobe, and your time in our private Calgary studio.

When should I book my newborn session with you?

The best time to book is while you're still pregnant, ideally in your second trimester. This ensures we have space on our calendar and can plan for your due date.

Since babies arrive on their own schedule, we pencil in a session window and adjust as needed once your little one arrives. Plus, the earlier you book, the more fun you get to have with us! We have little treats along the way for you!

My baby is already here, can I still book a session?

If your baby has already arrived, reach out ASAP! We do our best to accommodate last-minute sessions whenever our schedule allows.

How old should my baby be for their session?

The ideal window is within the first 5-14 days after birth. During this time, babies are still super sleepy and naturally curl up into those beautiful womb-like poses. That said, we can absolutely create stunning portraits for older newborns too!

Where does the session take place and how long is it?

All newborn sessions take place in our cozy, fully equipped studio. We have everything needed to create gorgeous, magazine-worthy portraits, including soft lighting, beautiful props, and a warm environment to keep your baby comfortable.

Sessions typically last around 3 hours. This allows plenty of time for soothing, feeding, and capturing those perfect moments without rushing.

Can parents and siblings be in the photos?

Absolutely! In fact, I highly encourage it. These portraits aren’t just about your baby, they’re about your new family. Your fur baby is welcome too!

Do you provide all of the props, wraps, and outfits?

Yes! My studio is stocked with beautiful wraps, outfits, and props to create timeless, magazine-worthy portraits. You don’t need to bring a thing, unless you have something special you’d love to include.

Whether it’s a family heirloom, a special blanket, or a meaningful keepsake, we love incorporating personal touches. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan the perfect setup.

How long does it take to receive my images?

You’ll get to see your images within two weeks at your viewing appointment, where we’ll design a collection of your favourites. Afterwards we will begin our custom editing, so that every image you receive is is hand-retouched to perfection.

Can you help me design albums or wall art?

Yes! I specialize in creating stunning custom albums and wall art that fit your home and style. I’ll walk you through every option so you can choose what feels right for your family.
